The piece features horizontal flat base in red with about 0.1/4" tall red lacquered "frame with rounded figural corners, containing all figures and scenery inside - just gorgeous.. Dating most likely from circa mid to late 19th century - probably very early 1900s. Base: 24 3/4" across x 6 1/4".
Internal "frame":23 1/8" across x 4 7/8" x 0.1/4 deep. Please, note: different monitors may show some difference in colors or shades. Colors may appear darker/lighter/adjusted vibrancy than real life due to the screen/device type you are viewing this on. Used Condition: The most important area including internal frame with figures and scenery inside is in perfect condition with no any damage.
All carved details: figures and landscape inside of frame are present and undamaged with probably some not major wear to the gold gilt finish. The base shows some expected wear to the gold paint all around very edges, points of wood rough imperfections and scratches all around base edges... There is some dust inside of carved details.
