Pair of antique late 19th century hand carved wooden panels. High quality, solid wood panels, each expertly carved in high relief, depicting a mythical lion head, surrounded by scrolls, flowers and foliage. Dimensions - 55cm H x 48cm W x 1cm D (2.3cm total depth including panel back). In very good used antique condition. There is some natural splitting to the wood here and there, which does not affect its stability. A stunning pair of panels which would enhance the decor of any home. The items I sell are in a used antique or vintage condition. This means they may have related flaws or defects. Please look at the photos as these form part of the description.
