Antique Italian Swedish Baroque Hand Carved Polychrome Wood Panel 13 X 32. At first I was leaning towards Italian, but I think it's more likely from Sweden and 19th century. 32.5" from bow to finials below with 13" width. Panel weighs 6 lbs and 13 oz.

Some paint loss, crazing to the paint and the ribbon bow at top has sustained some losses but not terribly obvious.
