French Antique Highly Carved Architectural Panel Oak Wood Lion 19th Gothic
French Antique Highly Carved Architectural Door/Panel Gothic Solid Oak Wood - Lion 19th. A superb French antique panel made of hand carved solid oak wood gothic style. The decor features a lion' head on an escutcheon and arabesques with flowers finely carved. The details of the carving are very good. The panel is massive and very heavy. This gorgeous panel dates from the1890s and is in good antique condition with some normal signs of ages. Please take a close look at the photos, I show all defects.
The wood has a few holes of worms, since gone. Height: 25.2 (64 cm). Width: 18.9 (48 cm).
Overall Thickness: 2.76 (7 cm). Thickness at the base : 0.98 (2.5 cm). Weight : 7.24 lb (3.285 kg). We are very pleased to help.
