BAS RELIEF WOOD CARVING PANEL B Schwarz Men With Cards Frame Sculpture Folk Art

  

This item is a Bas Relief Wood Carving by B Schwarz of three men sitting at a table playing cards. It is signed in the bottom left corner B Schwarz. There is no date but we found one other example of this carver's work that was dated 1920. The Panel is framed with a heavy black wooden Frame.

On the back is a round stamp that is written in German and is difficult to read. The Frame measures about 12 inches X 13 inches X 2 1/2 inches. The Panel measures about 7 3/4 inches X 8 3/4 inches X 1 1/4 inches. This beautiful work is in Very Good condition! You might have to go to the Post Office to pick this up if no one will be home to sign for it when it is delivered.
