Antique Large Carved Panel Cornucopia Shield Flower Grapes Wall Mantle Hanging
Imposing large carved wooden panel depicting two cornucopias with flowers, grapes and garlands. Probably continental European 19th century or earlier. Very beautiful with impressive deep detailed carving. The panel is not flat and has some bowing along the central split and some movement of the two parts. Size : 86 cm long, 53 cm high, 4 cm deep (thick).
Central split that was glued together in several places, missing half bobbin garland, various chips to the carving and surface wear.
