Antique Chinese Red & Gilt Wood Carved Panel w Dragon & the imperial edict

  
Height: 14.5", Width: 11.25", Thickness: 0.5 (approx). This panel was taken down from a big old temple.

It was hung on the entrance of the temple. The temple had been ordered to be built by the emperor in the Qing dynasty. The two characters on the panel are translated as " the imperial edict". Good except for minor age wear, two small chips on the back.
