Black paint is a water based and can be washed off with work. Panel is 13 1/2" x 13 1/2" x 2.

The only thing we guarantee is that these types of items will arrive in the same aesthetic condition as you see in the photos. All international buyers must have a confirmed, translated to English, address. It's just not very economical for us, in the end.
