Looks like it was framed in the mid-1900s. The carving is in excellent condition with expected tiny cracking. The interior of the shadow box frame has mold on the black velvet, so you'll need to remove it from the frame and redo the velvet. Measure about 16" by 12" to the outside of the frame.
