Antique French Louis XVI Style Carved Panel in Oak Wood with Basket
This antique panel is from France and it dates to the mid/late 1800's. This is a classic "bounty of harvest" theme with a Louis XVI style ribbon over a collection of fruits and nuts.
It is very nicely carved with good detail and is finished to a warm medium color. It is in good antique condition-straight and solid with the usual amount of nicks and scratches from 100+ years of gentle use.
